England qualifies for second Euro final in a row

The English national team beat Netherlands with 2-1. After a tight battle, England managed to get the win over the line in the 90th minute. Immediately after this goal we noticed a huge increase in demand for Euro final tickets. These are the most popular Euro tickets of the entire tournament.

England dominates possession

The first half of this match was one of the most entertaining first halves from England so far this tournament. Early in the game Declan Rice lost possession and handed it over to Xavi Simons. The young Dutchman immediately fired a shot which Pickford couldn’t stop. An early lead for the Dutch woken up the English side. 10 minutes after this goal Harry Kane fired a shot from inside the box over the bar. An attempt to stop him from shooting by Denzel Dumfries let to a VAR intervention. The referee was called to watch the footage and eventually gave a penalty to the English team. Captain and striker Harry Kane took the ball and put it in the back of the net. After this goal England completely dominated possession and created the best chances, unfortunately they failed to put one more in the goal in the remainder of the first half.

England lost a bit of their spark in the second half. The Dutch team tracked back and decided to give England the ball. But with 11 orange kits on the half of the Dutch team, England really struggled to create anything. One of the few counter attack but Netherlands let to a huge opportunity for Virgil van Dijk, but he found Pickford on his way. Around the 80th minute Saka looked to score the winner, but Kyle Walker was offside in the build-up. A few minutes later it was substitute duo Cole Palmer and Ollie Watkins got England the winning goal in the 90th minute.
