Raphinha shines with hat-trick and 2 assists in 7-0 win

FC Barcelona delivered a stunning performance on Saturday afternoon, demolishing Real Valladolid with a resounding 7-0 victory at the Camp Nou. The star of the show was Raphinha, who scored a hat-trick and provided two assists, leading Barcelona to their fourth consecutive win in La Liga this season.

Early dominance and Raphinha's brilliance

Barcelona started the match with high intensity, and it didn't take long for them to break the deadlock. In the 20th minute, Pau Cubarsí showcased his vision with a perfectly weighted pass to Raphinha. The Brazilian winger controlled the ball expertly with his chest, set it up with his right foot, and finished beautifully with the outside of his left foot, giving Barcelona a 1-0 lead. Raphinha continued to torment Valladolid's defense, and just minutes later, he was involved again, this time as the provider. Lamine Yamal, starting on the right flank, delivered a precise pass to Robert Lewandowski, who coolly slotted home his fourth goal of the La Liga season, doubling Barcelona's lead.

A complete performance

Before halftime, Barcelona extended their lead further. Jules Koundé found the back of the net after a chaotic scramble in the box, shooting into the top corner to make it 3-0. The French defender’s goal was quickly followed by another from Raphinha, who capitalized on a loose ball at the far post to score his second of the match, sending Barcelona into the break with a commanding 4-0 lead.

Second-half masterclass

The second half continued in the same vein, with Barcelona completely dominating the match. In the 70th minute, Yamal once again dazzled the crowd with his dribbling skills, before slipping a perfect through ball to Raphinha. The Brazilian completed his hat-trick by nutmegging the Valladolid goalkeeper, pushing the score to an incredible 5-0. Raphinha wasn't done yet. Moments later, he turned provider once more, setting up Dani Olmo. The Spanish midfielder, who was making his first start for Barcelona, danced past several defenders before curling a shot into the far corner, bringing the score to 6-0. Ferran Torres added the final touch to the rout, converting a sharp cross from Raphinha at the near post to make it 7-0. This comprehensive victory leaves Barcelona sitting proudly at the top of the La Liga table with 12 points from four matches and an impressive goal difference of +10.

Amazing start of the season

Barcelona’s flawless start to the season continues, with Raphinha emerging as a key player in Hansi Flick's side. The Brazilian's hat-trick and two assists against Valladolid underline his importance as Barcelona looks to maintain their perfect record and push for the La Liga title.
