The Brazilian had been solid throughout the match but was forced to leave the field late in the game due to an injury. Alisson’s exit meant a debut for Czech goalkeeper Vitezslav Jaros, who recently joined from Sturm Graz. Jaros stepped up in the closing stages, helping Liverpool hold onto their lead and secure all three points.
