Robin van Persie scored an early goal to help Manchester United win 2-1 against his former team Arsenal, but out of respect he didn't celebrate his achievement.He humbly said:"I played there for eight years, I had a fantastic time there and I respect the fans, manager, players and the whole club so that is why I didn't celebrate." Despite Wayne Rooney missing a penalty and Jack Wilshere's red card, Man u still acted as a thorn in Arsenal's side. Patrice Evra's scored a second goal in the 67th minute. Santi Cazorla's late goal in the 90th minute did little to aleviate Arsenal's pain.

Swansea City 1-1 Chelsea

During the 2nd half, Moses scored for Chelsea, his first in the Premier League, by way of Hazard's corner. Cahill's header towards the goal was picked up and redirected by Moses.Swansea scored a late goal courtesy of Hernandez.
