Pellegrini and Suarez Win the Best Manager and Player Awards for December

No surprises in the choice, say fans. Manager of the Month for December is Manuel Pellegrini. The manager brought his team to a mesmerising six wins out of seven games in the last month. They also had an unbeaten streak this past month. Even record-breaking teams as Arsenal and Chelsea have not had such a series in quite some time. The Uruguayan player, Luis Suarez, took the Player of the Month award. With his incredible 10 goals in only one moth, it's no wonder he was the chosen one. The footballer is a record-breaker himself with this streak, but also because he was the first player to score two goals in four successive games in December. When it comes to teams, it was Manchester City, again, who couldn't keep their incredible streak. Instead, they got a draw in the game versus and Southampton (1-1). Before this, the Citizens did a smash-win streak against Swansea, West Bromwich Albion, Arsenal FC, Fulham FC, Liverpool FC and Crystal Palace.The pick for a Manager of the Month was made even easier with the team's win over Bayern Munich in the Allianz Arena. In the German city, the English team experienced no difficulties with beating the enemy team. They also won their FA Cup quarter-final clash with Leicester.
