Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. It was my first time buying from this website, so I was a little nervous at first, but everything went very fast and smoothly. The tickets arrived on time even though I purchased them just one day before the event, and I was seated exactly where I expected. The website was very helpful throughout the entire process. They first sent me a confirmation email, followed by another email to make sure I had received the tickets, which I did. The email with the instructions on how to download the tickets was very clear, helpful, and easy to navigate—just make sure to read the instructions carefully.
