Since 1996 the Arena has been the stadium of Ajax. The stadium was called the Amsterdam Arena for 22 years, before the names changed into the Johan Cruijff Arena, named after the best player Ajax ever had.

By Train

Several trains from all over Amsterdam go in the direction of the Arena. The closest train station is Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA.

By Metro

Amsterdam is a city filled with metro lines. The connection between the metro and the Johan Cruijff Arena is very good. You can take the metro from all over the city towards Station Bijlmer ArenA. From here it's a few minutes walking to the stadium.

By car
